Refund Policy

Effective date: April 6, 2026

1. Overview

All payments for Atlas are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles refund processing on our behalf. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase.

2. Platform Subscription Refunds

  • Within 14 days: Full refund if requested within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal.
  • After 14 days: No refund will be issued. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day window.

3. Task Token Refunds

  • Unused tokens within 14 days: Fully refundable if requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • Partially used tokens within 14 days: Refund for the unused portion only.
  • After 14 days: No refunds on purchased task tokens.
  • Consumed tokens: Task tokens that have been used by AI agents are non-refundable regardless of timing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at info@elegsys.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
  • Contact Paddle directly using the receipt or invoice email you received at the time of purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Exceptions

  • Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
  • Abuse: Repeated patterns of subscribing and requesting refunds may result in refund denial and account review.

6. Beta Period

During the beta period, we may consider additional goodwill refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you experience issues that prevent you from using the Service effectively, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
